We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Representative. This position offers a flexible schedule of 16 hours per week for a 3-month contract, with the possibility of renewal upon successful completion. Additionally, the hours may be increased on mutual agreement if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the designated territory.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategise and implement sales plans.
Sales Type:
- Telesales:
- Conduct sales calls to prospective clients over the phone.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Close sales deals and achieve set targets.
- Field Sales:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through physical meetings.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations in person.
- Achieve sales goals by leveraging face-to-face interactions.
- Combined Approach:
- Customise your sales strategy by combining both telesales and field sales techniques.
- Adapt to client preferences and market dynamics for optimal results.
- Maximise your sales potential by diversifying your approach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Telesales and/or Field Sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt to varying sales environments.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Contract Duration:
3 months, with the option for renewal.
Working Hours:
16 hours per week. (Hours may be increased on mutual agreement if needed.)
